State suspends Rockford doc for sexual misconduct - News - Rockford Register Star - Rockford, IL

 

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation will hold a hearing at 10 a.m. Jan. 28 regarding the complaints against Dr. Charles DeHaan. DeHaan is involved with a private practice called Housecall Physicians Group of Rockford.
According to the state's temporary suspension petition, the Rockford Police Department was contacted several times by patients and by administrators at senior residential facilities between 2009 and 2013 about the issues. The complaints involved inappropriate sexual conduct with elderly patients of his home-care practice, as well as inappropriate comments made to several female patients and caregivers while he was conducting home visits and seeing patients.
