This still is only one of the preliminary move but it looks like the train is moving West from Big Timber (Elgin).
“The Regional Transportation Authority is looking at this,"…. "We'll keep moving forward and possibly get the board's (Village of Huntley) blessing in May."

Hey here is a “tax” I never hear of—it looks as if the intent is to insure that there are no substandard rental units. Well Belvidere perhaps here is a revenue source—or Poplar Grove it is a way of monitoring who is living in some of those foreclosing properties. Just an idea.
