Belvidere-Boone County Associate Planner Gina DelRose was named the Flora Grange’s 2013 Citizen of the Year earlier this week.
DelRose was selected because of her involvement in the community – ranging from helping create the Hometown Market to organizing the first-ever Northern Illinois Farmland Conference. She can envision a project and see it through.
