Attorney Daniel Lawler filed a public hearing request on behalf of SwedishAmerican Hospital to the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board.
The public hearing be at 10 a.m. April 15 at Rockford City Hall, 425 E. State St., in the second-floor City Council chambers.state certificate of exemption, as well as federal approval, is needed to complete the transaction. The fair market value of the deal is listed as $212.6 million.
