Belvidere teachers set to vote on contract for a third time - WREX.

13 News obtained a copy of an email sent from Belvidere Education Association President Frank Marks to teachers.  It says on Monday the school board rejected a request to re-open contract negotiations.  The board says it already reached a tentative agreement with the B.E.A.,which board members approved.  But the teachers rejected it, twice.  The B.E.A. will vote on it for a third time.  If it passes, the contract goes into effect right away.  If rejected the union will take a strike vote.
