alleged theft of a television set in 2007 from a deceased man's home in Carpentersville by employees of the coroner's office, multiple sources have confirmed. The Kane County Sheriff's office and Colburn, on behalf of the local state's attorney, have been conducting a joint investigation into the office since last summer.
