[Attorney]Coen … recommended that Reichert use an experienced arbitration attorney from Chicago to make his case. The hearings are supposed to begin within 180 days of the arbitration agreement, which was made in late December.
Though the Crystal Lake lot of Reichert’s looks sparse, he said the dealership had 40 cars on the Crystal Lake lot and 20 on the Woodstock lot.
“The Woodstock lot looks OK, but the Crystal Lake lot looks empty because it’s used to having 200 cars,” he said. “It’s just a lot of blacktop out there.”
