4-way interchange at I-90 and Irene Road in Belvidere  The federal funding would be dedicated to purchase the land needed to construct the full diamond interchange.

Bell School Road widening to four lanes in Winnebago County – This $16 million

Jack Dame Road Overpass in Rochelle – This $14.7 million project
