Tax Hearing before County Board Meeting on Wednesday November 20, 2013
The following legal notice appeared in the Boone County Journal on November 8, 2013.
NOTE: 3% of the increase is due to the Veterans Assistance referendum passed in November 2012.

Why would the Board do this when any finance type knows it can't get over 2%?
