Interim Planning Director Kathy Miller reported the planning department had received complaints about multiple trucks being on the property. Josipovic subsequently was sent a notice of violation, stating he would have to apply for a special use permit. If one was granted, she said he was informed that only one cab and one trailer could be parked at that location.
Staff recommended denial of the request.
