As many know Tuesday, February 26, 2013 is the tentative date for the hearings on the Wind Turbine ordinance set-backs. That is also a primary election date so the board room at the Boone County Administrative Center will be a polling place.
Thus a change of venue may well be required. However that is the decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals Chairman, Norm Stimes.
