Boone County responds to Garden Prairie Organics Request to extend hours of operations

Garden Prairie Organics has applied to Illinois EPA to extend their hours of operations from 7AM to 7PM to 5AM to 7PM.  The following is Boone County’s recommendation to Illinois EPA.
