BELVIDERE — The 12-member Boone County Board makeup could change if voters choose one of the six newcomers or three Democratic candidates in the Nov. 6 election.
All seats will be contested. There are five candidates — four Republicans and one Democrat — vying for four spots in each district…..Voters will cast ballots for Dennis Ellingson, Brad Fidder, Kenneth Grzybowski II, William Pysson and Bob Walberg for District 1;
