Regular Voter Registration drawing to end

As noted by the circular shown below regular registration closes “27 days” before the election.  Election Day this year is November 6, 2012.   28 days below the election is October 9—that is the last day of regular registration.  The is a “grace period” but the place and date to vote is different.  Please read the circular.
