After an hour of discussion in a crowded township room, residents voted to table the issue until more research could be done about the property and the proposed purchase price.
Carlson said the next step is for the board members to decide whether they want to reorganize and bring the issue back for a vote. They’ll discuss the issue at Tuesday’s board meeting.
