On the last page shown below, see “We noted certain matters that we reported to management of Growth Dimensions for Belvidere and Boone County, Inc. in a separate letter dated July 22, 2010.”
Because there are taxpayers dollars involved, that July 22 letter from the auditor should be reviewed by the elected officials of the city and county and take appropriate actions.
