It's also good for the environment because it uses steam and hot water produced in the earth to generate electricity. Even with all these positives the system has not been without problems.

"We've had issues keeping the building cool.  We think they're fixed.  There was a period of time when parts of the building just didn't have air conditioning," says Terrinoni
