GOP gubernatorial nominee Bill Brady reported receiving a $50,000 donation from the Arkansas-based discount retailer on June 1 -- right around the time Mr. Brady was loudly urging the Chicago City Council to approve plans for Chicago's second Wal-Mart outlet.
