Our friend was scammed in another county (DuPage) by a roofer. He took money for a tear off, but left the old wood on. Soon mold was throughout her house. She notified the insurance company about services paid but not rendered, but they would not pursue it. She talked with the County States Atty and other officals with no help. Finally, she had to hire an atty on her own. She won after months of heartache. So thanks Michelle for serving us well and looking out for the folks.
