Belvidere police search for man involved in sexual assault

The Belvidere Police Department is looking for a man in connection to a Sunday morning sexual assault.
Police say a female victim was assaulted in the 200 block of Highline Drive in Belvidere.

The suspect spoke English but had a Spanish accent, police said. He was wearing a red baseball cap with white stitching, a red hooded sweat shirt, red sweat pants and work boots.
