This is about the Wisconsin Open Meetings Act. But with the talk in Springfield to change Freedom of Information Request as well as Open Meetings, I thought this was very interesting. Apparently the Village should have been more specific as to what position it would discuss in closed session and possibly vote upon in the open session. Forget about the fact that this Wisconsin law, what do you think the people should know in advance concerning such personnel actions?
