Mr Walberg has set precedent. In the past he appointed the person who appeared on the last ballot. He justified this by stating that the person was interested in the position and took the time to gather petition signatures and campaign. I am assuming that he will forgo this and do a complete 180 because there is only one person who fits this description-
It is doubtful that Mr Walberg will appoint Pat M because of past challenges to Mr Walbergs decisions, appointments and processes. Hopefully, the County Board will be made aware of the precedent.
