Charles Huntington, who is not seeking election, challenged LaPier for incorrectly identifying District 100 in the heading of his nomination papers and not specifying the election year.
He also challenged LaPier for not identifying the city, village or school district number in his affirmation paragraph and not specifying the election date.
A hearing for LaPier’s petitions is set for 7 a.m. Tuesday at the school district’s central office
