The county is in the mist of gathering information and employee interest regarding a possible incentive program to spur employees with 25 years of service to retire. This is probably a one time opportunity and has not been approved by the county board. Neither the costs nor would be benefits will be available until the survey is completed by the interested employees. At that time a vote of the county board will be required to authorize the program.
