host a candidates’ night at 6 p.m. March 14 at the Boone County Community Building, 111 W. First Street in Belvidere.
During the candidates’ night, each person will explain why they are seeking election and answer audience questions.
There are six people seeking five spots on the Belvidere School Board, including candidates Stacy McGowan, Lee Baird, Robert Torbert, Karla Maville, Kelly Diamond and Larry Cunningham.
