Will Greenland become “Red, White and Blueland”?

Well the process has started.

H.R. 1161 — A bill to authorize the President to enter into negotiations to
 acquire Greenland and to rename Greenland as ‘‘Red, White, and Blueland’’;
 to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on 
Natural Resources, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions 
as fall within the
jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

It is the Airborne Mapping Aerial Study

 

 

 

  1. During March residents of Boone County will see this historic aerial  study as a helicopter collects vital geological data for the county to better understand  from where its drinking water is coming..
  2. This project is funded through a partnership between Boone County and Illinois State geological Survey.
