New state COVID 19 death projection from U of Washington Institute

The new projections are through November 1, 2020 show huge increases for Southern states but the East and MidWest have states which were hit earlier with greater deaths per population.  The projections are available from:  https://covid19.healthdata.org/united-states-of-america and are as of July 7, 2020.

The list is arranged based on projected deaths per million.
