AMCORE stock in danger of being delisted
AMCORE has been traded on the Nasdaq since 1986. Its stock peaked in February 2007 at $34.49, but the company has lost money seven straight quarters and is under orders by federal regulators to raise capital. Its stock closed today at 53 cents a share.
