I have attended many committee meetings as well as Boone County Board meetings and have observed firsthand the politics that have interfered with government for and by the people. The political influence is, if you do not join the political group, you are not loyal to your party.
Well, we have an exception to that rhetoric with current board member Cathy Ward, who has been on the Boone County Board for over 13 years and is running for another term. I recommend that you vote for Cathy Ward so she can continue her excellent representation for District 2. Cathy does her own homework on any project and then votes accordingly in the best interest of Boone County and its taxpayers. She has only one concern, and that is to do what the people elected her to do.
Please vote and get involved with local politics.

Cathy Ward is running as a Republican for re-election to the Boone County Board, District 2. She is a dedicated, hard-working, energetic and honest servant of the people. She is selfless and will continue to do her best to represent the people of Boone County. She would have my vote for any position in any community that she would be willing to serve in.

Cathy Ward is running for re-election to the Boone County Board, District 2, as a Republican. She has done a tremendous job representing the people of Boone County in the past, and I feel confident that she will continue to do so when re-elected. Cathy is honest, hard-working and truly sincere in her efforts to represent the people. This country would be a much better place if more of our politicians were like her.
