It is somewhat questionable if there will be sufficient time to complete the ZBA’s decision regarding the Wind Turbine text amendment.
Two new variance cases will probably be decided first (based upon past meetings). Staff has recommended approval for both variances.
As far the Wind Turbine text amendment—based upon discussions from last month-- the final staff report should be presented, short opportunity for comments from general public (maybe allowed) then the deliberation and decision by the ZBA board.
