BELVIDERE — State Representative Joe Sosnowski, the Illinois Business Immigration Coalition and Northern Illinois University will host an immigration reform panel discussion from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Community Building Complex, 111 W. First St.
Speakers will include Dr. Doug Baker, president of Northern Illinois University, and Irakere Picon, an undocumented law student at Northern Illinois University.
