according to this live report about the Madison protests that aired on the Fox News show "The O'Reilly Factor" this past Monday, Wisconsinites live in the land of sun and palm trees.
The reporter Mike Tobin is in fact doing his stand up in the state capitol rotunda.
But the "news" footage that aired while he speaks shows violent protests taking place somewhere considerably more tropical than Madison.
