According to the latest issue of Site Selection magazine, which has been tracking the numbers for years, the Chicago metropolitan area was home to 184 corporate facility expansions last year, topping Houston (152), Dallas (127), Cincinnati (123) and New York (120).
New York was first last year, after an eight-year period in which Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston all traded the top spot.
