Rock the Air is a campaign for the Rockford region to show Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University that this is the perfect place for its new campus. Rock the Air brings together government, business, educational and civic leaders from around the Midwest, and is seeking community support as well.
The campaign’s mission: the Rockford region has a golden opportunity to land the world’s leading aerospace and aviation university.
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is searching for the site of its third residential campus, and a prime spot at Chicago Rockford International Airport is the perfect place. A campus would help our regional aerospace industry soar, bringing more jobs, money and people to this area.
