The EPA said it would postpone making a decision on whether to increase the amount of ethanol that can safely be blended into gasoline from 10 percent to 15 percent The market is saturated, and it’s forced a lot of plants out of business. This would be a good way to bring those back on line and bring back second-generation or cellulosic ethanol to the table.
