Based upon Senator Burzynshi’s comment, I looked up SB49. The dates of actions on the bill are below. The SB 49 passed on March 25 and currently is in the House. It went through a first reading in the House and was referred to the Rules Committee on March 25. SB 50 had an almost identical course but on April 2 obtained another cosponsor: Representative Kathleen A. Ryg.
