Governor Pat Quinn announced March 23 a $2 million investment package to support Wanxiang America Corporation’s plans to establish a high-tech, solar panel manufacturing facility in Rockford. This project will result in the creation of at least 60 new jobs in the fast-growing solar energy industry.
