In the name of transparency and openness a full audit of the Federal Reserve should be available.
Currently, there are bills in the House - HR1207 - and the Senate - S604 - that call for a full and complete audit of the Federal Reserve. The legislation would legally obligate the bank to tell Congress exactly how much money has been given out - in the trillions - to whom it has been given and on what terms.
This letter is a call to action for Dick Durbin to cosponsor S 604.
